First visit. There was a wait time, and I waited an extra 30 minutes. However, Dr Daniel Djemal is amazing. I changed GPs because my previous doctor(in other GP) couldn’t identify the cause of my symptoms. Dr Daniel Djemal recognised it within seconds, and accurately. He is very patient and takes the time to genuinely understand and solve the issue. After meeting Dr Daniel Djemal, the waiting time no longer mattered. I’m glad I found a truly good doctor in Point Cook.

Visited Dr Janani (GP) for a general consult, she was so helpful and patiently listened to me. The area is quite spacious and has plenty of consulting rooms. Staff was quite helpful too, I'm so glad my appointment was on time with no delay on a Friday afternoon, and all bulk billed. Would highly recommend :)

I had my driver’s medical with Isabelle from Logistics and it was a fantastic experience. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and took the time to explain every part of the process clearly, which made me feel comfortable and at ease. I really appreciated her approach and the level of care she showed. I’d happily come back again and would definitely recommend her to others.

This practice seems to be always busy when I’m there. They were running approximately 40min behind but Dr. Daniel Djemal was great. Normally bulk billing practices are more like production lines but this doctor is the exception to that rule. Surprisingly took the time with his patients, was conversational without being excessively so, was able to be understood and thorough.

I’ve recently relocated and started coming to this medical centre. My first experience wasn’t the best I came in as an emergency my son wasn't feeling well on a Sunday and understood the wait time, but unfortunately the doctor I saw (no names mentioned) was not a good experience. Since then, I’ve changed doctors and I’m more than satisfied with the overall service. The care, professionalism, and support have been great, and I’m really glad I gave this medical centre a second chance.
