I am writing to express my disappointment in the management of the centre, following feedback I submitted over two weeks ago that has yet to receive a response. During my recent visit, I was left waiting for close to three hours for an ECG and spent a total of five hours at the clinic. The ECG was required before I could commence the medication prescribed by my doctor, but I was informed that the treatment room did not have any ECG leads available so they had to obtain them elsewhere. 5 Stars for Dr Arup Bhowmik . I had an appointment at the medical centre and when I got there , their systems had crashed and no doctors could see patients . Dr Arup was near the reception area and he was very helpful and apologised for the situation. He told me that he would call me back which he did in the afternoon and I was ever so grateful. THANK YOU DR ARUP .

Dr Layla Yasmeen is unmatched. I’ve never had a better experience with a doctor before. She truly makes you feel so comfortable and taken care of with all of your questions. She is extremely patient and knowledgeable and will always make your concerns feel heard. She always goes above and beyond to help you in any way. I will never change GPs ever! My son had to get his blood test done. The lab technician Ms. Joanna was wonderful and reassured my son throughout. He was very resistant but Ms. Joanna was patient, kind and understanding of his anxiety and got the blood test done without any pain.
