A SPAM medical centre. I booked an appointment and missed it, without notifying me beforehand they charge me $50. I’ve never encountered this in any clinic. The clinic should let the patients know when there’s fee occurs. And after THREE negotiation, after asking me to talk to the manager another time, asking me to talk to the doctor directly, they “warned” me and kept sending “please pay me” messages three times a day like begging without dignity, or more correctly, harassment.
