I like urgent care clinic. Wait time is less than emergency in public hospital. Dr Layla was very nice and approached my 3years son having forging body in ear very well. It’s a bulk billed service. I am very happy with the service provided
Over the last couple of weeks, I have attended the centre for a daily dressing. Seher and Franco have been amazing. They are both friendly, supportive, knowledgeable and professional. Thank you so much for helping my wound heal.
The reception staff doesn't do its basic job. We came for our appointment on time and checked in at the reception for the appointment. We were then asked to wait for our turn. An hour passed and our turn didn't come. I went again to the reception. The new reception staff told me that I was not checked in for my appointment earlier and put me back in the queue.
Always communicative and kind! Had to consistently visit the treatment room for unpleasant packing of a wound, and I felt better every day I saw that Sanjay was working. Seher was also really lovely and made the painful experience a little more endurable. It wasn’t my regular medical centre but I changed medical centres after my experience here as it was so positive.
I had visited Dr Rukhsana, GP from hospital. She really was so rude, shows no empathy and even mentioned to me and my daughter that patients brought virus and infection to her. She even was misbehaving with us. I don't take such comments and rude attitude so light and would like to complaint against this doctor. How come such people come to serve in Australia in medical field? I am surprised that Wentworthville hospital has not taken any action such doctor ?
