Have had multiple iron infusions done at this clinic over the years - always a great experience with a caring Dr and nurses. Easy to book in and handy to have so many other services in the same building as well if needed while I'm there.
I was unable to take my elderly father to our local GP as he was booked out for 2 weeks to change a wound dressing. I was referred to this clinic by our GP's staff and I'm so glad I found this place! Really amazing staff and doctors even though they're all run off their feet, they remain courteous and professional. extremely helpful staff and great turnaround time. nurses are very caring. i came here with an injury and had an xray+results turnaround within an hour. Receptionists are also very nice and make you feel cared for :) incredibly grateful for this place existing, as the hospital emergency department isnt the right option for all injuries. great radiology service too, nurses 10/10
I had a terrible experience at the pathology clinic. The Middle Eastern ladies working there were extremely rude. There were two women—one younger and one middle-aged. Despite me being the only patient waiting (I had taken the card for number 1), they ignored me and spent their time gossiping about their colleagues, using foul language like "f***" and other profanities, all while glaring at me through the open door. Dr paramsothy has been our doctor for over 30 yrs. He has always been looking after me and my family. Very happy with his care and thank you Nurse Binita for doing my care plans and looking after us.
