Had been a patient for years but the service has gotten worse and worse. I have made appointments the last few visits and the appoint system is an absolute joke!! Whats the point of making appointments when your doctors cannot and do not ever keep them? Be prepared for a LENGHTY wait even with an appointment!! I asked Reception an HOUR after my scheduled appointment how much longer it would be.... "you'll be called in next".... that doesn't happen! I have been dealing with chronic issues for around 2 years now and have seen multiple doctors who have dismissed me. After an appointment with Dr Layla Yasmeen, I have been diagnosed with insulin resistance, immunoglobulin deficiency, have had two iron transfusions and a colonoscopy which discovered severe a Lymphangiectasia. I've had two terrible experiences at Wentworthville Urgent Clinic, and I’ll never return. The first time, I visited for a split wound that needed glue, but the doctor didn’t apply it properly, and it reopened within hours, requiring a hospital visit. Last night, I returned with my child for another split wound. I explained my previous experience to the nurse, who was lovely and just suggested it was maybe 'bad luck' last time.
