I am writing to express my disappointment in the management of the centre, following feedback I submitted over two weeks ago that has yet to receive a response. During my recent visit, I was left waiting for close to three hours for an ECG and spent a total of five hours at the clinic. The ECG was required before I could commence the medication prescribed by my doctor, but I was informed that the treatment room did not have any ECG leads available so they had to obtain them elsewhere. My son had to get his blood test done. The lab technician Ms. Joanna was wonderful and reassured my son throughout. He was very resistant but Ms. Joanna was patient, kind and understanding of his anxiety and got the blood test done without any pain.
