Absolutely disappointed in this. Advertising “2 hour emergency wait times” to deflect patients away while your urgent care is at capacity is incredibly misleading. Emergency departments do not operate on a first come, first served basis. The sickest patients are seen first, and wait times constantly change. Shame on this company for directing people toward a hospital that is already overwhelmed and very obviously does not have a guaranteed 2 hour wait. I don’t normally leave 1 star reviews but am so disappointed with the decline in service of Wentworthville Medical Centre. Since my first appointment 2 years ago, the clinic has gone downhill in terms of its service to patients. I had a follow up Telehealth consult with a doctor to get some important results back. She called an hour after the set time and I answered almost immediately and said my name. As soon as I said my name, she hung up the call on me. The Indian lady with glasses at the reception is very polite and kind , I think she is new. Otherwise before the reception was so rude especially one girl , she never seems happy and had an attitude. Pathetic customer service . Also the urgent care is a joke. I brought my son who injured his elbow on the way , yeh urgent care told me that it is 1 hr wait without even looking at my sons’s bleeding . Does it means active bleeding is not urgent care ? This is by far the worse place to book the medical. I called in for appointment as i have other questions as well. When i called my position was 17th then after 15min it changed to 18th. Rather then decreasing it increase and after 1 hour my position is sill 17th. How is that possible. How can someone take 1 whole hour to not even finish 1 patient. Does single person work in entire medical centre for it to take that long. No respect for other time. Don’t bother calling. Just book the appointment by app.
