Horrible staff specially the receptionist and practice Manager, Don’t waste your time in this Centre it’s not worth it. We have been waiting for more than one and half hour with my daughter until we follow up with the receptionist then they say the doctor is not available anymore if I didn’t follow up we wouldn’t know. Didn’t even apologize for not communicating. Very poor experience. We had a 1:30 PM appointment for our 4-month-old’s vaccination but were not seen until 3:40 PM. After checking in, we were told a doctor consultation was required before vaccination, which we completed. We were then sent to the treatment room and asked to wait for our roll-call number. I don’t normally leave 1 star reviews but am so disappointed with the decline in service of Wentworthville Medical Centre. Since my first appointment 2 years ago, the clinic has gone downhill in terms of its service to patients. I had a follow up Telehealth consult with a doctor to get some important results back. She called an hour after the set time and I answered almost immediately and said my name. As soon as I said my name, she hung up the call on me. I visited the treatment room at Wentworthville Medical Centre needing a wound repacked. Nurse Seher was absolutely amazing, she was extremely gentle where others had been quite brazen and rough in removing the packing in my wound. My experience was a lot less painless thanks to Seher, I couldn't be more thankful for how kindly she treated me! Thank you so much Seher.
