Five stars for good reason! Dear Consumers, Tim Lapham is a consummate professional and a really nice bloke! We actually bought this unit for my mum a few years ago, sadly she had to move out for personal reasons and I engaged Tim to sell it for us aswell. Slum lords who evicts a none working mentally disabled tenant? Who just had home invasion and said bank accounts locked pay rent soon. Late notices on 4, 7, 10, and 14 days ...then email receipt of rent on day 15 following moments later with an eviction notice? I am very disappointed with the service we received from Waterpoint in Meadowbank. The staff were unprofessional and are focused on charging tenants unfairly. Management needs to be aware of how their staff are treating tenants.
