Our family have been coming here for most of our daughters lives and they’re in their 20’s now. The main waiting room area for the GPs is relaxed and open plan, with seating around the back area in front of the GPs rooms and blood test room. We’ve always come across friendly staff and Doctors and have our favourites. It’s not bulk billed anymore. As a retired medical practice manager I am fully aware of procedures. The booking app I found easy to use. The reception desk is friendly and welcoming. Dr Richard Sacks was in my opinion very thorough with diagnosis including referral for various tests and telephone follow up with results. All in all I feel confident in recommending this practice.
I have been attending this practice on a regular basis for 8 months. I have gained a lot of experience over many years working in a general practice setting to know this is a well managed medical centre. The front desk staff have always been very polite and friendly. I've been a patient of Warringah Medical & Dental Centre for close to 20 years. I never thought this Medical practice could excel any better than it was. I was wrong. The WM&DC is a modern diverse professional medical facility that,, performs above professionalism and this includes front line administration staff and the Nursing Clinic. Very good experience. I immediately I felt relaxed and comfortable with Dr Khan. When listening to me explain myself, he showed genuine kindness, care and empathy, which allowed me to feel that I was being heard with dignity and respect. In addressing the reasons for my visit, he was discerning and offered mindful helpful resolutions, that I could understand.
