Our family have been coming here for most of our daughters lives and they’re in their 20’s now. The main waiting room area for the GPs is relaxed and open plan, with seating around the back area in front of the GPs rooms and blood test room. We’ve always come across friendly staff and Doctors and have our favourites. It’s not bulk billed anymore. Very good experience. I immediately I felt relaxed and comfortable with Dr Khan. When listening to me explain myself, he showed genuine kindness, care and empathy, which allowed me to feel that I was being heard with dignity and respect. In addressing the reasons for my visit, he was discerning and offered mindful helpful resolutions, that I could understand. My experience with Dr. Richard Sacks was excellent. He was very efficient, professional, and kind throughout the appointment. He listened carefully, explained things clearly, and made me feel comfortable and well cared for. I really appreciate his friendly manner and thorough approach — highly recommend.
I had a great experience at this medical centre! Tina at the reception is friendly, open, and well-organised. She always makes you feel welcome and taken care of. Also, Dr Sharon Evans, the exercise physiologist has been amazing in helping me with my recovery, always explaining everything clearly and motivating me to keep going. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great care and friendly staff!
Dr Syed Hasnat is the most professional and experienced GP on the beaches. He is incredibly knowledgeable in his field and doesn’t rush-up to the next patient without hearing you first. This is the first time in 5 years I felt heard and understood. So, I really wanna say thank you so very much Dr Hasnat for your service.
