The doctor (Dr Shawn Teo) was amazing. Very hard these days to find such a caring doctor who does not rush you but listens intently and responds to your specific needs.. He had a wonderful bedside manner, as well as being thorough and extremely helpful. I didn't have to wait long for my appointment either. Staff on desk were friendly and efficient.
They have a online 'order repeat scripts' service. When you start it says it next day service, after you have paid is says 5 business days service. When you ring the place, at least they respond, but they have no access to the details of the service, saying 'its a different system, we cant help'. I would recommend avoiding this online repeat scripts service.
This was my first visit to the Medical Centre since before COVID. My long time doctor had retired. My husband recommended Dr. Sacks. I found Dr. Richard Sacks to be respectful, informative and kind. He was very reassuring and thorough. Just what you need when you're not feeling well. All the other staff I had dealings with, reception and pathology, were welcoming and professional. Altogether a reassuring experience.
I don't typically go to the doctors but when I do I've always come to this medical centre. I've always been treated so well by the staff and the doctors. It's such a warm centre and one of the admin team Nidhi is the sweetest person who has always greeted me with a smile. The doctors are lucky to have such an awesome admin team!
Reception staff are friendly and welcoming . The check in and check out process is professional and efficient. I was able to make an appointment at a time that suited me as they are open before and after my work hours. I would highly recommend Warringah Medical and Dental Centre.
