The team at Want a Heat Pump were excellent from start to finish. Extremely quick turn around from making enquiry to having the unit installed. Quality work and respectful trades. I would highly recommend, time will tell on the performance of the the hydrotherm system. However easy setup and great app to be able to control the operating time to optimize solar system. What I like is you can turn the system on and off remotely so great if going on holidays or for a property that isn't occupied regularly.
Replaced a gas boosted solar hot water system with the Aquatech X6. Install was scheduled quickly and good communication from initial quote to finish. Bit of rain on the day, but install team was friendly and did a great job, very clean. Cheers
Excellent Product. The plumbing work on my Heat Pump Installation though was short of my expectations. The Plumber cut the pipes coming from my house too short. Meaning any leaks in the future would be more difficult and expensive to fix. He also used crimp fittings one of which is now leaking. Instead of traditional fittings or silver solder. These may be common practice but I don't believe best practice. An Excellent product tarnished by short term thinking.
Sparky and Plumber arrived 8am (Scheduled 8-9am). Access route previously identified turned out to be unsuitable. So up the front steps to floor level necessary. Old (30years) gas hot water heater connections disconnected, and unit removed down front steps. Appropriate mounting pad and wall points identified and prepared. Heat Pump manipulated upstairs and into position. Electricity connections made back to power board attached as necessary to pump. Plumber then fabricated small copper piping and fitted where necessary. All ... read more
Great service. I contacted Trent on the Monday morning and had a heat pump Hot water service installed by midday Tuesday. I probably dealt with 5-6 people throughout the process and everyone was polite, professional and quick. The plumber and electrician did great and neat work on site. Really pleased with the whole process!
