It is a great and happy experience to have my heat pump hot water system installation job done by this company. I forwarded my consent and accepted the quote on Monday. I had a failed gas hot water service and it was flooding my property. One of my neighbors had used Want a Heat Pump in the past so I called them. Thru out the process from quoting to installation our the Reclaim Heat pump I was kept informed, there was no pressure at any stage, all my questions where answered, the installers Justin and Ian where great, on time, very tidy and a perfect installetion. The water pressure is better now than before, the hot water arrives at the tap in our kitchen 20 seconds earlier than before and the water is hotter. On top of that its only using my Solar generated electricity, I am very happy, thank you very much Want A Heat Pump.
