You legends - thank you for a super quick turn around to replace a broken gas water heater + a super clean and much improved installation. Had a great experience with Want a heat pump this week. We had 2x other quotes and they were the cheapest, but also explained the pricing and process and made the whole experience easy for us. Super quick turn around for our install too.
I had a gas hot water system which I wanted to replace with a heat pump system. Want A Heat Pump was recommended to me by the people who installed my solar panels - turns out it was a great recommendation. I filled in the online contact form late Monday night, they got back to me early the next day with quotes on a few options that would meet my needs. Admin staff were always helpful, and as I am not good with technology I did need help a couple of times. The quote visit and installation processes were both booked quickly and personnel arrived on time. All questions answered fully. The installation itself was speedy, and clean-up was fabulous.
The team at Want a Heat Pump were excellent from start to finish. Extremely quick turn around from making enquiry to having the unit installed. Quality work and respectful trades. I would highly recommend, time will tell on the performance of the the hydrotherm system. However easy setup and great app to be able to control the operating time to optimize solar system. What I like is you can turn the system on and off remotely so great if going on holidays or for a property that isn't occupied regularly.
