It is a great and happy experience to have my heat pump hot water system installation job done by this company. I forwarded my consent and accepted the quote on Monday. Want A Heat Pump gave me a clear instruction on how to apply for the government rebate at the same day whereas I did it right away and got approved almost instantly. Admin staff were always helpful, and as I am not good with technology I did need help a couple of times. The quote visit and installation processes were both booked quickly and personnel arrived on time. All questions answered fully. The installation itself was speedy, and clean-up was fabulous.
The team at Want a Heat Pump were excellent from start to finish. Extremely quick turn around from making enquiry to having the unit installed. Quality work and respectful trades. I would highly recommend, time will tell on the performance of the the hydrotherm system. However easy setup and great app to be able to control the operating time to optimize solar system. What I like is you can turn the system on and off remotely so great if going on holidays or for a property that isn't occupied regularly.
