A timely install of heat pump water service after our old gas heater failed. Easy processing of rebates. Quality workmanship on the install too. Highly recommend.
The team at Want a Heat Pump were excellent from start to finish. Extremely quick turn around from making enquiry to having the unit installed. Quality work and respectful trades. I would highly recommend, time will tell on the performance of the the hydrotherm system. However easy setup and great app to be able to control the operating time to optimize solar system. What I like is you can turn the system on and off remotely so great if going on holidays or for a property that isn't occupied regularly.
Thru out the process from quoting to installation our the Reclaim Heat pump I was kept informed, there was no pressure at any stage, all my questions where answered, the installers Justin and Ian where great, on time, very tidy and a perfect installetion. The water pressure is better now than before, the hot water arrives at the tap in our kitchen 20 seconds earlier than before and the water is hotter. On top of that its only using my Solar generated electricity, I am very happy, thank you very much Want A Heat Pump.
