Had a great experience with Want a heat pump this week. We had 2x other quotes and they were the cheapest, but also explained the pricing and process and made the whole experience easy for us. Super quick turn around for our install too.
The team at Want a Heat Pump were excellent from start to finish. Extremely quick turn around from making enquiry to having the unit installed. Quality work and respectful trades. I would highly recommend, time will tell on the performance of the the hydrotherm system. However easy setup and great app to be able to control the operating time to optimize solar system. What I like is you can turn the system on and off remotely so great if going on holidays or for a property that isn't occupied regularly.
Want a Heat Pump were recommended as installers by the official istore hws supplier. They communicated clearly, accommodated our urgency and completed a neat installation including electrical upgrade and plumbing connections in one visit. Their price incorporated state energy efficiency subsidies without any hassle for us. Highly recommended.
