I am surprised this has been such a difficult process given the recommendation from a neighbour. Initial quote was out by $1000, invoicing did not reflect terms (and led to me receiving an OVERDUE notice when I was not overdue), installers recommended I get another system while on site. I've called several numbers on numerous occasions - phone was answered once and no call was returned. Found it very difficult to receive a response via email and have had to follow up a number of times.

Thanks to Ben and Terri for their efficiency and fantastic work with helping me remove an old gas hot water system and replacing it with a hot water heat pump. They communicated clearly, accommodated our urgency and completed a neat installation including electrical upgrade and plumbing connections in one visit.
