Excellent service start to finish from the entire team. Quote was quick, had options, and well priced. Installer team (Jack, Ian and their apprentice) were lovely, trustworthy and efficient. Highly recommend.
They provide prompt response to our quote enquiry with multiple options to chose from. They also helped with the choice and kept well communication about the process and our needs for installation. However, despite a concrete pad was included in the initial quote sent, because of additional work 'required' they charged $500 at the final claim for that. That was pretty disappointing and when asked for clarification, respond we got is concrete pad included in the quote was only for $40 which does not seem realistic. If this ... read more
Reached out to Want a Heat Pump for a quote on upgrading my old hot water system in Mitcham. The team was incredibly responsive, transparent, and provided a very detailed breakdown of all the government rebates. Excellent customer service so far!
The team at Want a Heat Pump were excellent from start to finish. Extremely quick turn around from making enquiry to having the unit installed. Quality work and respectful trades. I would highly recommend, time will tell on the performance of the the hydrotherm system. However easy setup and great app to be able to control the operating time to optimize solar system. What I like is you can turn the system on and off remotely so great if going on holidays or for a property that isn't occupied regularly.
I am surprised this has been such a difficult process given the recommendation from a neighbour. Initial quote was out by $1000, invoicing did not reflect terms (and led to me receiving an OVERDUE notice when I was not overdue), installers recommended I get another system while on site. I've called several numbers on numerous occasions - phone was answered once and no call was returned. Found it very difficult to receive a response via email and have had to follow up a number of times.
