Went to them about eight months ago for the first time and Hailey and Liv worked into the night, two nights in a row - to get my hair extensions done before I went on holiday. No idea what kind of witchcraft they pulled, but they managed to seamlessly blend my short pixie into a bob. I've been seeing them every 6-8 weeks ever since and always leave with the hair of my Jessica Rabbit dreams

I came in for a Keratin Smoothing Treatment at Vixen with Liv. During the whole process, she was super friendly, professional and explained any questions I had with detail. The atmosphere of the Salon is gorgeous and i felt extremely relaxed and comfortable in there the whole time. The results are incredible! I previously gave a good review but they butchered my very expensive hair converting it to nanos which looked awful and could be seen easily and itched like crazy. They also did an awful weave, not what I asked for and then argued with me and told it was my fault and I was mistaken when I said it was supposed to be invisible bead method. Also said it was my fault when I showed where hair had been pulled out by the weave and I was pulling on it. I used to love coming here! They have an amazing staff honestly! But after being a loyal customer for over 2 years they would just keep charging me more and more and more. They don't care about their long term customers at all and are just waiting for the chance to rip you off. Like I said it's not the staff, it's the way they have been told to add many different things to the bill, things they didn't ask if you wanted just to make more money. I travel an hour to see these lovely ladies, Liv and Hayley. From my first visit a year ago I haven’t looked back. I won’t let anyone else touch my hair extensions.
