I came in for a Keratin Smoothing Treatment at Vixen with Liv. During the whole process, she was super friendly, professional and explained any questions I had with detail. The atmosphere of the Salon is gorgeous and i felt extremely relaxed and comfortable in there the whole time. The results are incredible! To say I'm OBSESSED is an understatement. I felt so looked after and the whole experience was so professional and customised to my needs. The extensions themselves are such great quality and they blended in seamlessly. Overall a fantastic experience from the consultation to the colour match and fitting.
