I came in for a Keratin Smoothing Treatment at Vixen with Liv. During the whole process, she was super friendly, professional and explained any questions I had with detail. The atmosphere of the Salon is gorgeous and i felt extremely relaxed and comfortable in there the whole time. The results are incredible! I used to love coming here! They have an amazing staff honestly! But after being a loyal customer for over 2 years they would just keep charging me more and more and more. They don't care about their long term customers at all and are just waiting for the chance to rip you off. Like I said it's not the staff, it's the way they have been told to add many different things to the bill, things they didn't ask if you wanted just to make more money. I travel an hour to see these lovely ladies, Liv and Hayley. From my first visit a year ago I haven’t looked back. I won’t let anyone else touch my hair extensions. Was super unhappy with the mismatched colour of my hair extensions, the hair stylist also seemed aware of how it did not blend. Had to dye it myself when I came home. Before the start of the appointment I was given an estimate of the cost which included a set of hair products I did not yet consent to buying. The cost lowered by several hundreds once I noticed this and removed it from the total cost.
