I booked in to get half a head of foils. My appointment was with Leigh. I would 100 percent recommend Leigh. She was very polite an offered Me a drink upon arrival and went above and beyond. I'm definitely satisfied with the work that was done. Leigh is amazing at what she does and really understands the vision every time. I’m always so happy with how my hair turns out and couldn’t recommend her enough!
I got a haircut done there on Friday, im not sure what the lady’s name was but she had red ish pink hair. I got a 10% discount that was surposed to be used but instead it wasn’t so I had to pay the full price. when the lady cut my hair she cut big chunks in my hair which now looks horrible. I asked for a light V cut, a trim, thinning, and face shaping. Unfortunately I didn’t have a photo of what I wanted but I gave the hairdresser a clear idea of what I had in mind. Leigh saved my hair and day! I came in upset as I had been to a different hairdressers and didn’t get the results I was expecting, Leigh took me under her wing, gave me exactly what I wanted and also lent her knowledge on ways to style my hair properly, such a wonderful experience as well as haircut, you are an angel thank you so much!!
I liked my cut and it has a friendly welcoming atmosphere. I do wish it was more of a thing in NZ to be able to just relax instead of feeling like I have to keep up a convo..I learned more about the hairdressers life than I wanted to but a lot of people seem to like that kind of chit chat. No massage when hair was washed 🥺 Vivo, the general company, sucks - I started getting sales calls trying to get me to book appointments etc from some call centre. No thanks.
