I visited Vivo Upper Hutt in December 2025 with a new client package for a root touch-up on my highlights. I didn’t love the result. My hair was only flat ironed when I left, and I expected to walk out feeling fully styled. Once home, I noticed uneven color patches, as if the bleach had only been applied to the roots without properly blending through the strands. I came in upset as I had been to a different hairdressers and didn’t get the results I was expecting, Leigh took me under her wing, gave me exactly what I wanted and also lent her knowledge on ways to style my hair properly, such a wonderful experience as well as haircut, you are an angel thank you so much!!
