Booked in with Leslie to have my hair done for a wedding as a one off and walked away with not only a really nice cut and style but also knowledge on how to do daily maintenance for my curly hair. It looks so much better everyday and feels healthier as well. Top class service.
My son wanted a particular hairstyle, due to his length, we chose to go to Vivo, as they are more experienced in length. We googled extensively the style he was after, it was a Choppy Layered Long Bob he finally decided on. We brought along the screenshot and Lisa from Vivo gave him EXACTLY the style of cut in the photo. I was called by a call centre and offered a cut, colour and blow deal. Got to the appointment, stylist looked shocked at the cost of the deal. My hair is shoulder length. Stylist convinced me to rather colour with wash out dye instead of permanent, I trusted her judgement but made it clear that I need my grays covered for at least a few weeks as I was going to a wedding in Australia the following week. Vivo Warkworth has a chilled comfortable atmosphere and Melissa has a charming manner and expertise which keeps me going back. You walk out of the salon feeling a million dollars which is how it should be after a colour, restyle and blow dry 😊 Very happy customer every time 🙏
Not like other Vivo salons - what a friendly, professional and welcoming team to a hair Luddite like myself. Taylor booked me in and followed through with such elegance and attention to detail I can not recommend her enough. I admittedly am a little jaded by past Vivo and hair experiences but Taylor and the team have genuinely redeemed this brand for me.
