Today I had absolutely the BEST EXPERIENCE I have ever had at a hair salon , I arrived 2hrs LATE as I thought I rescheduled online , Eliza was Great about it. I have been coming to vivo for over a year. I always have an amazing experience at Vivo Henderson with my stylist, Inca. I have hair extensions, and Inca is so knowledgeable, careful, and attentive when working with them. She really listens to what I want and gives great advice, and the results are always better than I expect. She is professional, skilled, and genuinely cares about her clients. Kylie has been doing my hair for quite a few years now. She always has excellent customer service, friendly to talk too and gives advice on what shampoo's and toners are best suited for my hair. My hair used to be dry and difficult to brush until she recommended products like proper shampoo's and oils (my hair is now beautiful and lush). I always walk out feeling fresh and a new me after a new cut and colour. Highly recommend.
I have been coming to Inca at vivo the boundary for a couple years now, every 6-8 weeks. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair. Not only is she one of the loveliest humans on earth, she gave me the tough love I needed regarding the quality of my hair when I first came to her.
