Review update: Vivo customer service team was very responsive and helpful. They tried to book me in for redo and in my special situation they kindly offered a full refund. I visited this store for a balayage package that I bought the voucher online for new clients. Audrey was assigned to me. In the beginning there was a consultation, although I showed them some photos of the balayage examples from vivo website for a mid length hair, they ask for extra 100$ as they said they need to use more product. THIS PLACE AND DAKOTA LITERALLY SAVED MY LIFE AND HAIR. Dakota is, without a single doubt, the absolute best stylist to ever touch my head. Her abilities in the salon to reference is better than the name of the mascara from too faced cosmetics. (if you know the name, you know.)
