Had a great experience at vivo today, got foils done by Erin and it looked amazing was very happy with the outcome, conversation flowed, felt very comfortable, was such an enjoyable pampering experience, will definitely be going back, thank you Erin 🫶
First time going here as I saw they do first time client packages. I rarely get my hair done so thought I would try Vivo out this time as they also state they have experience with thick curly hair. Great experience, the girls were so lovely and helpful! I've gone from dry, damaged mop to a stylish wolf cut. Couldn't be happier! I feel so much lighter now! Thank you!
It was a long process due to how my hair was before but it was absolutely beautiful. The lady's there were lovely and nice, especially a heads up to the stylist who did my hair, Sussanah. She is very friendly and knows what's right. 100% recommend and will definitely go back for future hair service's
Went in for full head of highlights came out with no change hardly , asked for bright blondes to refresh the overall colour, no chat about what I wanted or asked about covering greys in between left for over an hour for lunch alone in shop , told to keep my head still twice and felt very uncomfortable and cold. Rubbish pamper day. Very dissatisfied.
The manager fitted me in when I needed and was very open to chat. Very happy with my curls for my evening out, would reccomend to travelers.
