Terrible experience at Vivo Stratford I payed $400 for a package deal that was supposed to be $200 but crystal (my hair stylist at Vivo) said it would only cover half my head and would look funny I tried saying I only needed the top done as my regrowth was showing badly. After she did my hair there was no difference from before apart from 2 blonde pieces at the front. Vivo is honestly the worst hair solon I’ve ever been to super over priced and they do a terrible job I wish I could give zero stars
Wouldn't recommend Super over priced Changed what I wanted and was agreed on. Hairdresser then had to ask how to do it /mix it and get her collegue to do it for her. (From the start she seemed very unsure and didn't know what she was doing). I could tell as soon as she'd put the dye in it was super dark not vibrant and bright like promised (and yes my hair was stripped first ). My mum went to Vivo this afternoon for a 1.45pm appointment and had Zandrie do her hair. She is super happy with the amazing work Zandrie did and said it was worth every penny. Mum looks absolutely fantastic. Wanted to put a review due to the awesome work done by your team! 5 stars she is so happy! And looks stunning!
I had brought a package for my mum for Christmas present for a ALL OVER COLOUR & CUT PACKAGE! She booked for a ALL OVER COLOUR today! She was told by the lady that did her hair that she did not have enough time for a all over colour and that it will take too much time to bleach her hair! Therefore she did a root touch up and cut! Maybe let the client know that before booking them in for a ALL OVER COLOUR! Or frankly don't sell those packages if you cannot honour it! Disappointed as that was my present to her!
