I went in for a hair appointment with Natasha and she was so lovely and attentive to all my requests. She was super sociable and very patient as we slowly decided on the right length of my hair. Would 100% recommend an appointment with her. She was absolutely wonderful!
I try my best to go in and have my hair done every 6 weeks as advised by the excellent hair stylist at the Stoneridge Vivo, personally I wouldn’t go anywhere else to have my hair done it is absolutely worth the time, all the staff are lovely, attentive and provide a pleasant atmosphere. Most importantly my hair has never felt so healthy. Highly recommend!!
I was gutted with the outcome of my full head highlights 2 weeks ago. Thought it might soften but it looks terrible. I did ask the stylist to be careful around my wispy baby hairs in the front. But she went at lightening speed (sub 2 hours from arriving at salon to leaving) and clearly rushed it so it came out patchy.. Also it's petty but there was no head massage whatsoever during the hairwash, and I've never experienced this in any salon ever.
After having my hair repaired by the team after a previous bad experience at a previous salon, I definitely won't be going any else after having my hair done by the team in Lunn Ave! Got my hair done by Zoe not too long ago and she absolutely exceeded my expectations! The final reveal even had me a bit emotional 🥹 The manager Sheryl really looked after me and truly is good at what she does & such an amazing person. Top notch service, can't wait to go back for my next appointment x
Kelly (I hope that's correct) did a PHENOMENAL job on my hair. I came in as "that client" that just didn't know what I wanted, and she helped me figure it out, and did such a great job. I am so happy with the outcome! She's super personable as well, which always enhances the experience. 10/10 would recommend.
