Booking issues escalated instead of resolved organ, chaos, disguised as his hair salon. This was the most unprofessional experience. I’ve hate with a salon. The booking system was poorly managed, and when I raised this kindly, I was met with the submissive Havior and ultimately bad being excluded for giving honest feedback is unacceptable and reflects a serious lack of professionalism instead of resolving the issue the situation was handled in a way that felt defensive and inappropriate.
