Blown away with my experience today. First time here I went with a full balayage, Jenna was my stylist. She was great, talked through my hair color, didn't push me to make any decisions on the cut and colour. Made me feel comfortable, lovely team! Happy with my results. Millie from the call centre was lovely too, soo helpful with my million questions. Will def be going back x Thanks Sophia
Ashley is absolutely amazing! I’ve been seeing her for years, right back to when she was working in Johnsonville, Wellington. She always listens to what I want, gives great advice and somehow makes my hair look even better than I imagined. I always walk out feeling completely amazeballs. St Heliers VIVO really lived up to its high rating, the team was friendly and the atmosphere relaxed but welcoming. Jenna was my talented hair stylist and I couldn’t write a more glowing recommendation - she listened to what I wanted, explained everything clearly and gave me the best haircut I’ve had in years. All the hairdressers working here are so fun and friendly! Nina is the only person I’ve trusted to colour my hair for years and she does it the best. Would recommend this hair salon if you need your hair done, nobody does it better!
