I had a really pleasant experience at Vivo thanks to Katie. I have very thick, curly hair, which can be quite challenging to work with, but Katie was incredibly patient, professional, and attentive throughout the entire appointment. She took the time to understand what I wanted and handled my hair with great care. It's not often that I come across a stylist who is so patient and confident with thick, curly hair. i couldn’t recommend them more! annelien did an amazing job and chose what was best suited for my hair while really listening to what i wanted. she was so attentive and gave me exactly the result i was hoping for. mitchell was also fantastic, and from start to finish they both made me feel so welcome. i’m beyond happy with the results and left feeling so confident and a huge smile! thank you both ☺️

Highly recommend Mitch! I was going a bit darker from blonde and was so stoked with the result. No one has ever taken the time to properly chat and consult on what outcomes I want but Mitch does and makes sure you know exactly what you’re going to be getting! Also such a great yarn. Will def be back soon!
I went to get my hair done on Saturday by Amelien (lien), and can I just say she is incredible! She made me feel comfortable and welcome right from the start, she is such a kind lady! She stayed late to finish my hair for me, and she listened to exactly what I wanted - the results came out amazing! Such a great experience, I will definitely be back. She is such a great asset to your team :)
