Got my hair done with Becs for a pick me up, was amazing! She did lovely and made sure to check we were both on the same page throughout the appointment. She was so great to talk to, I recommend immensely! Becs was honest with the process (letting me know that it will bleed eventually) before starting and making sure I was alright with that. Amazing service and a lovely person!
Been tossing up whether to write a review or put in a complaint privately. Have heard tho that others have put in complaints and nothing been done. First visit for chemical straightening was amazing. Great job, lovely lady. Can't remember her name sorry. Second time I got another lady and she pawned me off to an apprentice. Apprentice was lovely but obviously still learning. Absolutely disappointed with the service at this salon. I booked a chemical straightening appointment and was asked to come in earlier, but when I arrived I waited around an hour before I was even seated. The salon was packed — so I don’t understand why I was told to come earlier just to sit there. A strand test was done by cutting hair out, then taken out the back where I couldn’t see what was done.
