I had a really great experience with Vivo Hair Salon. My original appointment was with a different stylist from the Havelock salon and it just wasn’t quite what I had in mind. I then booked with Tiana and she was amazing about fixing it. Over two sessions she made my highlights a lot chunkier and worked with me until it was exactly how I wanted. Absolutely love Brooke at Vivo Napier, she always listens to my crazy hair ideas and makes them a reality, her service is customer focused and her expertise in products for use at home is impeccable. Brooke always greets with a warm smile and is bright and cheerful and always beautifully presented. I love the awesome service she provides and highly recommend her to anyone!!
I have been a few times now for the keratin smoothing treatment and the stylists have always done a good job. I most recently saw Maddie and she was just super lovely and did a fab job. Also really appreciate the cups of tea and the fudge :)
Maddie was so sweet and lovely! My hair is unbelievably stubborn and also deceiving, so Maddie went out of her way and spent much longer than the regular appointment time to get as close to the inspo Pic as she possibly could! Super patient, sweet and friendly, great service!
Brooke is amazing. Friendly and very welcoming. Been coming to her for years. Took me years to find a hairdresser who could deal with my hair. And Brooke is that person!!!
