Full honesty, I went to vivo because they had a special on cut and colour - but when Julieanne chatted to me about what I wanted, I could tell straight away I was in safe hands. She really listened to me and gave her professional opinion on what to do with my hair. I had un dyed long hair and I went short cut with a balayage and I was so nervous before the appointment. I've been going to Kirsty for a few years now since moving back and what can I say but SHE IS AMAZING! she exceeds my expectations everytime! She always seems to know exactly what I want to get done even when I dont! I'm always saying at the end of every appointment 'Omg is that my hair, I think this is my favorite one, I love this one the best'.
