Pros: I noticed an online promotion for new clients and tried the premium global colour and cut package. Bernard was friendly and knowledgeable with colour, and I am happy with the colour result. There was an extra $25 charge as more product was needed, which is worth noting. The haircut was basic but fine for now as I only needed a trim. Cons: I deducted a few stars because the appointment felt rushed toward the end. He understands my colour, my hair colour turned out beautiful, rich, vibrant, and exactly what I hoped for!. Bernard explained every step and made sure I was comfortable throughout. He also advices on hair care products what to use. I end up buying products lol.😂 Excellent technique and great customer service. I feel like a million dollar lady after walking out of Mt Eden Salon. I’ve been going to Vivo Mt Eden for just over a year now and Fran is honestly incredible. She’s so warm, friendly, and makes every appointment such a great experience. She’s taken my naturally Asian black hair to the most gorgeous honey blonde, and the condition of my hair has stayed amazing the entire time. Her bleach work is flawless, she’s so knowledgeable, and I fully trust her with my hair. I wouldn’t go to anyone else and constantly get compliments on the colour could not recommend Fran more highly!

My daughter and I came in last Thursday for a cut/highlight and a cut/full color. Neve worked her magic! She did amazing!
