Did a mistake trusting the stylist here. Stopped going to Vivo because a stylist nearly burnt my scalp while blow drying. She said the leave in conditioner is not going to weigh my hair down and is the best one but no it was not the case the conditioner is sitting on top of my hair it sticky it won’t dry it looks like I’ve oiled my hair washed it immediately again as I was just not able to dry it. Update so I did emailed you vivo but no response

I had an amazing experience getting a Kerasilk keratin treatment with Kinjal! She was super fast, professional and very kind ❤️.
