Michelle was absolutely amazing! I went in wanting to go from brown to an ash blonde, and she completely nailed it. She really listened to what I wanted, asked lots of questions, took photos to make sure we were on the same page, and made me feel confident that she understood the look I was after. Mish was lovely but the cheap offers for a new client deal aren't real. I was told the deal I had was for 40 gms and I'd need double that at $40 so said ok. But what I wasn't expecting when I went to pay for what I thought I'd booked - a global colour & cut - to cost $289 with shoulder length hair... Don't be fooled by the offers online ...
UPDATE 5/5/24: Went in for a rebook and cut package with Michelle at Kapiti yesterday and I still love the colour we chose at the first appointment - the cut is absolutely perfect! I love that Michelle is getting to know me and my hair so I don’t have to think about what I want she has free reign 🥰 “hair is hair it grows back”.
