UPDATE 5/5/24: Went in for a rebook and cut package with Michelle at Kapiti yesterday and I still love the colour we chose at the first appointment - the cut is absolutely perfect! I love that Michelle is getting to know me and my hair so I don’t have to think about what I want she has free reign 🥰 “hair is hair it grows back”. Mish was lovely but the cheap offers for a new client deal aren't real. I was told the deal I had was for 40 gms and I'd need double that at $40 so said ok. But what I wasn't expecting when I went to pay for what I thought I'd booked - a global colour & cut - to cost $289 with shoulder length hair... Don't be fooled by the offers online ...
I had a fantastic experience getting highlights, cut and style. The stylist (Michelle) understood exactly what I wanted and delivered with precision. Highly recommend! Thank you

Don't buy their online vouchers without a consultation first. My short (above shoulders), thin, undyed light brown hair still ended up using more product than their $209 new client balayage package. The stylist kept it to $10 more after I objected to the possible $100 more she suggested. The experience feels like they're locking you in and then upselling when you can't say no and hoping you don't know any better.
