Didn’t get the result we wanted, took far too long and seemed over priced
Vivo Howick completely wasted my time - firstly no one contacted me regarding my hairdresser calling in sick - they kindly managed to fit me in however, on arrival I was greeted by Taryn, who sat me down basically telling me she couldn’t colour my hair, I was told I would have to sign a waiver so I couldn’t come back and complain. I’m extremely upset as they wasted my time, I had to leave work early all to be turned around and leaving the salon extremely upset. I was a new client and I would NEVER recommend Vivo Howick.
I had a voucher to have my hair done yesterday for a Balayage treatment, and I was sent away with an absolute monstrosity. I left the salon, put my hood up and cried my way home. I have never cried over hair. Instead of the beautifully blended subtle colour i expected, i have chunks of blonde hair through the front, blotchy dark patches, a white bleach blonde mixed with canary yellow.
