I went in with a bit of nerves as I was getting a big change haircut after my wedding. But the hairdresser I had, MJ was so lovely, accommodating and patient. She heard through all of concerns, inspiration and considered my hair and had a thorough consultation with me. In the end I went with her suggestion and couldn’t be happier with the results. MJ IS AMAZING! I've been to so many hairdressers and honestly, I've never had a truly great experience. I decided to give Vivo a try because they have some awesome deals. I got a half head of highlights, a cut, and a blow wave, and I literally look like a different person. MJ asked all the right questions, and my only answer was, "What do you think?" I had such a great experience getting my hair coloured by Payal. She really took the time to understand what I wanted and made sure the colour suited me perfectly. The result looks so pretty and vibrant. I’ve received so many compliments already! The whole experience was relaxing and I could tell Vivo truly care about their clients. Highly recommend! Had my hair done by MJ who is so lovely, made the appointment fun as apposed to feeling like forever! Obsessed with my new hair done the best job, they actually got it to a colour I wanted compared to some hair salons that act like they can only get your hair a tad lighter. Will definitely be going back!
Yesterday I went to get a hairstyle cut by Michael. From entering into the salon and until leaving the salon he gave me excellent service. I showed him a photo of a hairstyle I wanted, he explained clearly how he would give me the hairstyle I wanted and he gave me just that. I loved my hairstyle cut. It looked beautiful. Michael’s service was amazing! He treated me very nicely. I felt very happy and confident in myself after my hairstyle cut appointment with him.
