I had my first appointment at Vivo Hair Salon, and I absolutely loved my experience with Phoebe! She took the time to recommend the best products and treatments for my dry, frizzy hair, which I really appreciated. She has such a gentle touch, and the haircut was so smooth and precise. I felt comfortable throughout the entire appointment, and I’m so happy with the final result. My hair looks and feels amazing! Thank you, Phoebe, for such a wonderful experience. I come to Brooke at Vivo Chartwell on a regular 8 weekly basis and Every. Single. Time! She absolutely nails it! She has helped my hair recover and it has just gotten better and better the more I come! Brooke has so much knowledge it’s actually phenomenal! Brooke is absolute magic! She took away all my hair stress and educated me on how to safely color my hair with my skin issues. I love my results so much that I trusted her with my mum and sister, who have both had terrible experiences elsewhere. She goes completely above and beyond—I accidentally left my gym card behind, and she tried calling, left voice messages, and kept it safe for me until my next session!
