I come to Brooke at Vivo Chartwell on a regular 8 weekly basis and Every. Single. Time! She absolutely nails it! She has helped my hair recover and it has just gotten better and better the more I come! Brooke has so much knowledge it’s actually phenomenal! The entire team here are fabulous and I love coming to have my hair done!

I have had my hair done by Brooke plenty of times. The first time I came in to the salon I had lots of anxiety as I had hair stylists in the past who had not listened to what I asked for and that made me scared of hair dressers. The first time I came to see Brooke she made me feel comfortable and I really felt heard. She is such a skilled hair dresser and I recommend her to anyone who asks. Her advice helped my hair from being damaged to healthy and long. If I could rate more than 5 stars I would, she is that hair dresser.
My stylist always takes their time, asks what I want to happen and then explains what they are going to do. They know my hair and make me feel fabulous. There is always magical stuff happening in the salon. I enjoy the whole experience.
Bernice is amazing! Visiting her is like a spa for my soul. Not only do I love how she does my hair, but she is kind and bubbly and just a joy to visit.
