Please do not make the mistake of trusting Vivo Botany with your hair. My 15-year-old daughter has been absolutely traumatised after having a full head of highlights done at Vivo Botany. Since the appointment, her hair has suffered severe damage and continues to snap off months later. She attended her appointment on 6 March at 12:00 pm. The foils were fully applied at 1:31 pm. Please don’t make the same mistake I did by coming here and doing the Kerasilk Treatment. Paid $300 for my treatment and this was my hair after washing it, blow dried and using keratin shampoo and conditioner. From someone that has done Keratin treatment and Nanoplasty from other salons, this did nothing to my hair. Total waste of money. The hair stylist put the tiniest amount of the treatment despite making me pay extra due to my thick hair. I asked for a refund but was ignored.
Had the pleasure of meeting the lovely Pastine yesterday. I am so happy with my highlights and the entire visit was such a calm experience. Not only did she do a fabulous job with my colour but she was super gentle and quick. Just what I needed after a busy day. I had my hair dyed red and cut yesterday by Pastine, and I couldn't be happier with the results! She listened carefully to what I wanted and delivered exactly the look I was hoping for. The color turned out beautiful, and the haircut was perfect. Pastine is amazing, professional, and highly skilled at what she does. Chao-Qi did my hair today and the overall experience was a 10/10. She took the time to make sure I felt heard and planning out exactly what I wanted. This place has a great atmosphere. Chao-Qi was very friendly and welcoming. The results were beyond my expectations considering my hair was very damaged. She has made it look wonderful and healthy and thick. Thank you so much, I will definitely be back & I highly recommend this place.
