I just wanted to share my feedback on the hair colour service I received from Chao Qi. I am really happy with how my colour turned out. The shade suits me well and looks vibrant and natural. Chao Qi took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and explained each step throughout the process. I’ve been to Sonjia twice in the last eight weeks at Vivo Botany and both times she’s been absolutely amazing! She’s so friendly and welcoming, and you can really feel how much care she puts into what she does. She takes the time to make you feel comfortable and makes sure you’re completely happy before you leave the salon. I always walk out feeling great and well looked after. Would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a stylist who truly cares about her clients.
Horrible experience. Looks like they don’t listen to what you want and just do what they want. Went back here because I had a good experience with Jeewantha previously and also had a good experience in the Takanini branch. They both has created good depth in my hair with color but this time the lady completely spoilt it, she made my hair flat with one single color. OMG, I’m loving my new hair! Chrystal was amazing & did a great job. I’ve received so many compliments! I came in very tired after long day & fell asleep at the chair, Chrystal continued doing my hair quietly & just let me sleep, such a gem! ☺️
So unprofessional. Workers are inexperienced, don’t care about what the customer wants as they just do as they please. Colour came out really horrible and orangey instead of light brown, I asked for a straight cut and got a lopsided cut instead, then to top it all off got charged like $400 for a balayage with a money piece and trim that looks so disgusting.
