I just wanted to share my feedback on the hair colour service I received from Chao Qi. I am really happy with how my colour turned out. The shade suits me well and looks vibrant and natural. Chao Qi took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and explained each step throughout the process. Please don’t make the same mistake I did by coming here and doing the Kerasilk Treatment. Paid $300 for my treatment and this was my hair after washing it, blow dried and using keratin shampoo and conditioner. From someone that has done Keratin treatment and Nanoplasty from other salons, this did nothing to my hair. Total waste of money. The hair stylist put the tiniest amount of the treatment despite making me pay extra due to my thick hair. I asked for a refund but was ignored.
Had the pleasure of meeting the lovely Pastine yesterday. I am so happy with my highlights and the entire visit was such a calm experience. Not only did she do a fabulous job with my colour but she was super gentle and quick. Just what I needed after a busy day. I had the absolute best experience today at Vivo Botany. Tayla and Sonja were so lovely, professional and experts at their craft. Tayla fully explained the whole process of my full head of foils and style. Applying the foils was one of the most efficient and accurate applications I've ever had. She knew exactly the tone I was going for and together they agreed on a style that would really pull off the look I was trying to achieve.
