AMAZING experience at Vivo Bayfair! Didi and Louise took care of us super last minute for my best friend to get her hair dyed before her wedding in 3 days. She was so helpful, attentive, kind and supportive! She did such a beautiful job and she is such a beautiful person!! 100% recommend ! Only coming here from now on !! 🫶
Very disappointed my daughter got her hair done with highlights and you cannot even tell they have been done apart from the odd spec of orange. She wanted to go lighter instead the hairdresser made her super dark. I was at consultation and she said we should be able to get some ash blonde highlights this did not happen. Yes I did phone twice and leave messages but did not get a return phone call. My son recently got married and Chris did my hair for the day, I brought a photo in and Chris did it exactly as the photo ( amazing and perfect) I had so many compliments!! she really does know her stuff and I won’t hesitate to go back. if you need your hair up for a special occasion definitely go see Chris

Chris took amazing care of me and my hair, by asking lots of questions before and throughout to ensure I could have what I wanted.
