Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience at Vivo Bayfair. I originally asked for highlights, but the stylist recommended adding some lowlights as well. The final result was very different from what I expected. The colour placement was uneven, and there was still a large section of brown hair left uncovered at the back. I also felt that my hair condition became noticeably worse after the service. I recently got my hair done by Amanda and I couldn’t be happier with the results! She did such an amazing job and really took her time to make sure everything looked perfect. She was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole appointment. My hair turned out exactly how I wanted it, and I’ve received so many compliments already. Ana heke I have such a great experience with Ana I have been going to her for years and won’t let anyone else do my hair but her, she really listens to what I wants and makes me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. I’m always so happy with the colour and the final result, she is professional, friendly, and pays so much attention to detail. I would definitely recommend Ana to anyone looking for a talented hairstylist.
Louise was so lovely… 2nd time for Nanoplasty for me and the whole experience was relaxing. My hair is white/blonde and the product did not change my hair colour at all, in fact the toning in the product gave it a lovely all over beautiful finish…Great service and highly recommended - thank you 🙏🏼🤩
