I went to this place once and since then Vivo have phoned me every few weeks even though I repeatedly tell them I'm not interested and to remove my details. I keep blocking them and they continue to use different numbers to phone me. This is illegal! I did not give you permission to do this. Do not go to a Vivo salon. I've never experienced such spam from any other company. Let this be a warning to others

My hair color was uneven and wasn’t the color I asked for :( I asked for black and got a mid/dark brown :((( not very pleased, won’t be coming back unfortunately I went back to get it fixed because it was free, my hair is ruined. There are multiple colors through my hair and it’s bleeding. I have cold showers I use color safe shampoo and conditioner, I’m honestly very upset and I am considering getting my money back.
