Today was my first experience visiting Vital Dentist, and honestly I had such a great experience. Dr Tina worked on my tooth, which needed a three-canal root canal treatment, and she was absolutely amazing. She spent so much time and care on my tooth and worked very professionally and patiently. I had my first visit today, and honestly, it was fantastic. Dr. Tina was super thorough with the concern I had with my tooth—she really took the time to diagnose it. Then as we were halfway thru, we realized my BUPA insurance wasn’t going to cover the entire procedure, she and Jo laid out all the options—they never pushed me to do anything right away, just gave me the choice to pause so I wouldn’t be out a pile of cash. A beautiful dental practice with an incredible team who are warm, welcoming, and genuinely care about their patients. Tina is absolutely wonderful — especially with my children — always making them feel safe, comfortable, and at ease. Her communication is exceptional, and she has such a calming, caring nature. The admin team are equally amazing: kind, professional, and always creating such a positive and inviting atmosphere throughout the practice. We always leave feeling so well looked after.
Dr Tina is amazing! She is so good with kids, they love seeing her. She communicates so kindly and has an incredible way of helping the kids feel at ease. All of the staff at the practice are always welcoming and friendly. I would highly recommend Vital Dental!
We love Vital dental. Tina is the best dentist and particularly good at relating to kids. She’s kind and caring, and teaches them about good dental care. And she makes balloon animals at the end! The administration team are always so kind and caring. We wouldn’t go anywhere else.
