The team at Vital Dental Camp Hill are outstanding - super friendly and welcoming, and Dr Philip Chou is fantastic. He explains everything really clearly and makes you feel comfortable the whole time. The clinic is clean and modern too. Our family have been with Vital Dental since they opened in Camp Hill. Dr Philip Chou is caring, professional and amazing with our 3 kids. The whole team go above and beyond with support and follow-up care—rare to find these days. Highly recommend!
Dr Tina and team were absolutely wonderful. They were so welcoming and patient with my nervous 6 year old with 2 wobbly teeth. They explained everything, took the time to show us different tools and made the whole experience super positive. Direct quote from the 6yo: "I really enjoyed that!" Highly recommend for anyone with kids or anyone nervous about the dentist in general.
The first few times we saw Dr Phil we had a great experience however this proved to be a facade. However, the last time my youngest son was there we were made to feel incredibly small humans. I have never in my life been spoken to in such a horrible manner by both dentists and reception staff. I feel this surgery has failed to understand that parents do the best they can for their children. Will absolutely not be recommending this surgery.
