Amazing service, clinic and all round vibe. Going to the dentist for most isn’t something you look forward to - and I too felt this way until my appointment here. From the moment I walked in I was greeted personally, kept up to date with my appointment time as the patient prior to me needed some additional work completed and they wanted to keep me across the time and check that it was okay with me. I have been going to Vital Dental Care for the past 3-4 years and every single visit is excellent. Dr Philip Chou is very gentle yet thorough in his check-up and cleans and the extended team are also friendly and professional. Highly recommend for anyone wanting excellent care in the 4152 area.
I am a very anxious patient when visiting the dentist, but Dr Tina makes me feel very comfortable and relaxed, she explains everything she is doing which makes me feel very at ease. The reception staff are brilliant very friendly; nothing is a problem you can tell they enjoy their job. I would definitely recommend Vital Dental Care if you are looking for a Dentist. Katie Hampson
