Dr Alsharik is our family doctor and he provides us with outstanding care. He is very thorough and amazing with our kids. We are unfortunately at the surgery often and we always feel listened to. We have seen a few other doctors at the practice who are also fantastic. The only fault with this surgery is some of the patients that attend. Very very poorly managed always late have been waiting for approximately an hour and a half past our scheduled appointment to be seen by the doctor with my 6 month old baby, was told 2 people were front of us when we rocked up 15 minutes before the set appointment time and an hour later that said the same thing still 2 people. Worst medical centre I have ever been to
I booked a 7-day newborn check for my daughter and was rescheduled twice—once the day before, and again just an hour before the appointment. We arrived on time but waited over an hour without any update. Only after I asked at reception was I told we’d be added to the list to be seen next. Thankfully, Dr. Janet was excellent, and the reception staff were kind and doing their best. However, the overall experience reflected poor management. Do not use this Doctor Janet Aleinboye. I took my sick child into see her for a 10:50am appointment turned up 5mins early. 50 mins later I got up and left the centre. Don't tell a patient to be there to see you at a precise time and then take the piss on not sticking to your own appointment time. 50min wait is a joke, walk ins were seen faster.
