Very very poorly managed always late have been waiting for approximately an hour and a half past our scheduled appointment to be seen by the doctor with my 6 month old baby, was told 2 people were front of us when we rocked up 15 minutes before the set appointment time and an hour later that said the same thing still 2 people. Worst medical centre I have ever been to

Been here 3 times. You make an appointment for a reason. It's a time based activity. Every single time the doctor has been late by a minimum of 1 hour and up to 1.5 hours The time management of the place is a joke. If you cant manage your workloads then schedule long appointments. My time is as valuable as any doctors. People make appointments for a reason.

Extremely slow and dismissive Doctor. We had a 9:40am appointment with Dr Akinboye and it wasn’t until 11:10 before he saw us! We checked with reception four times on the wait and was told we were next and he’s busy. It took him 90 minutes before he saw us and this was in the morning, imagine how back up he would be in the afternoon. Now, usually I wouldn’t bother leaving a review, but when we mentioned ‘we were waiting 90 minutes with a newborn baby,’ he was dismissive, unapologetic and didn’t care. I was a new patient at this clinic and I appreciate that doctors regularly run over time but I waited for approximately 50 minutes past my allotted appointment time, I was informed that I was the next patient in line and there was no one in with the doctor. There was no reason for a delay of this length and then no apology for the delay. I was seen and out in under 5 minutes. The worst experience I've ever had at a Drs surgery. The unprofessionalism from the reception one girl in particular and rudness left me speechless. I watch my Dr who I was to see and the receptionist who was extremely rude, play with a plant for 20 minutes while i was waiting. Tell me Im next in one breath and then tell me I have pp infront of me. Even lying about my appointment time to cover themselves.
