Nurse Claudia was genuinely so so lovely and helpful! She answered all my questions and provided extensive information about where I was going to travel. Prior to the appointment I was quite nervous about my travels but after speaking with Claudia, I felt much more comfortable and confident about my trip, allowing me to truly look forward to my time overseas.
Great staff and Doctor but I wasn't allowed to access bulk billing? I was charged $156.58 for Mental Health Plan 😡. When a few years ago it was bulk billed, I lived in Los Angeles CA and their medical fees nothing like Here. It's shocking that it cost me $83.90 for regular appointment? And I'm still waiting for my money to be returned Medicare something. I definitely won't be returning to Doctor if it's that expensive, funny how unemployed people get all the benefits, I know there legit people but then there lazy ones gener... read more
Absolutely appalling and woeful organisation and service. I came in 15 minutes before my appointment to receive 2 injections from the travel clinic. It took 3 hours to receive them, with many walk-ins within the medical centre getting immediate treatment. How ridiculous is that?! Felt very much like I was unknowingly casted in a remake of The Terminal. Don’t come here if you treasure your time. During my recent first time visit , I found reception was pleasant , helpful & registration very quick & smooth . Doctor Shilpi Wahi was excellent, very humble , patient , pleasant & explained my medical condition & medicines thoroughly..she appeared to have a very good knowledge of cardiology. . Dr Alsharik is our family doctor and he provides us with outstanding care. He is very thorough and amazing with our kids. We are unfortunately at the surgery often and we always feel listened to. We have seen a few other doctors at the practice who are also fantastic. The only fault with this surgery is some of the patients that attend.
