Long wait times even when booking your appointment. Drs aren't personal and won't spend much time or effort looking into your issues. I recommend only visiting this practice if you absolutely can't find anywhere else.
Arrived on time for my 7am appointment, my doctor didn’t arrive at the office until 7:20, I was seen at 7:25 then when I got to reception I was charged an additional $50 for a long consult. Absolutely disgusting, now I know why day/afternoon appointments always have a 1 hour wait for a booked appointment, because doctors can’t be bothered to show up on time, then they have the audacity to charge me more when 25 minutes of my time is wasted, $150 for a 15 minute appointment is appalling.
Sunday 4th Jan, 2026. A young female dr failed to seek guidance or advice from another dr in regards to a skin rash on my baby grandson. We where sent home with no answers as to what it was. We went to Redlands Satelite Hospital and was treated there by caring Drs who gave us answers.
Dr Liam Carroll was great. In the short time we had he really listened to my concerns, sent me home with medical advice and a plan that was modified to suit my work and personal lifestyle. He’s clearly very knowledgeable and I’m glad I sought his help.
Called 2 mins after you were open. I was first in line and had to hang up at 1hr 36minutes of waiting! I rang with my husbands phone and he was 8th waiting, I feel sorry for the other 6 people who were also stuck waiting! Tried to book online and it told me I can’t and must call! And yet you don’t answer. Absolutely pathetic! Worst reception services ever!
