Dr Liam Carroll was great. In the short time we had he really listened to my concerns, sent me home with medical advice and a plan that was modified to suit my work and personal lifestyle. He’s clearly very knowledgeable and I’m glad I sought his help.
Nurse Claudia was genuinely so so lovely and helpful! She answered all my questions and provided extensive information about where I was going to travel. Prior to the appointment I was quite nervous about my travels but after speaking with Claudia, I felt much more comfortable and confident about my trip, allowing me to truly look forward to my time overseas.
Great staff and Doctor but I wasn't allowed to access bulk billing? I was charged $156.58 for Mental Health Plan 😡. When a few years ago it was bulk billed, I lived in Los Angeles CA and their medical fees nothing like Here. It's shocking that it cost me $83.90 for regular appointment? And I'm still waiting for my money to be returned Medicare something. I definitely won't be returning to Doctor if it's that expensive, funny how unemployed people get all the benefits, I know there legit people but then there lazy ones gener... read more
Jody Waters is an absolute gem. I have never felt so looked after or listened to. Jody always gives me peace of mind & explains in detail. Highly recommend Dr Jody Waters. I would also like to thank Claudia (nurse) who attended to me for my travel vaccine. What a delightful nurse. Made me comfortable & interaction was very pleasant.
Terrible, the worst I’ve ever been too! Got told by the receptionist lady that we were next. Hour and 45mins went by still have yet not been seen, the receptionist then said “i thought you’s were next” sorry ma’am but you thought!? Do you not know how to count? next time when you “think” you may know, instead of getting everyone’s hopes up into thinking their appointment is going to be on time, you might just want to say nothing.
