Michael was amazing. He knew the market, and knew how to attract the right buyers. We had an offer 5 days after the property was advertised and that buyer beat all the others that had enquired by offering early. Two hours later we had an agreement and contract signed. Couldn't have been easier. Michael read the situation well and in this case called me in to meet the buyer and answer a few local knowledge questions. I'm very pleased for the family that's moving into our long-loved home.
