Very unimpressed with Vibe Property. Customer Service in Lease Department is virtually non-existent. A very bad experience with leaving our rental property - staff were very unprofessional. In-going condition report was very vague. No original in-going condition report was at the final inspection (a mobile phone was used to take photos - that's it!) Made a mistake of calling this agency once to ask a question since then they passed my number around to all the agents without my permission. Then they texted me at all hours using my private mobile number without my permission. After i told them 5 times ive listed with someone else they continued to call and text. Dont appreciate being bullied and harassed.
