I own a property next to a property managed by Sophia Crunkhorn at this company. I have emailed and phoned her (left a voicemail) about an issue at the property she manages, which is impacting my property, and she doesn't answer her phone or return calls/emails. I have attempted to phone the main office but unfortunately there is no option you can choose where you speak with a person, I have tried all of the options and it goes straight to voicemail. We have just completed out 6th property sale through Trent and Steve over the last 15 years. Once again the price achieved was way beyond our ‘ambitious’ expectation due to the diligence in attending to, and following up on prospective buyers. Service was only average. However hamper received from them all expired food probably stayed a long time in the office. Hamper are from Nosh. Reply: nothing mysterious. Anyone who bought property will know where the hampers from. How would you know all the husband and wife names. Reply is so unprofessional that I will keep 1 star 🌟
