I am a retired 'senior' and like others I have noted many professional contacts have retired, or changed their residential status over time. This was so as my family dentist changed his professional circumstances necessitating my search for a new 'Family Dentist'. Mark and his team have been my dentist for over 20 years. Yesterday I had a small emergency and was able to txt Mark as it was Sunday. He fitted me in this morning. His work is the best dentistry I have had ever, so I am very loyal to him. His technology, knowledge and professionalism are second to none. The best maintenance means at nearly 68 I have all of my teeth. Money cannot buy what his practice and dental care have provided to me.
Had a wonderful experience here. On my best day, I am a literal baby when it comes to dental work. Mark and his team were kind, compassionate, and very understanding. As well as their calming demeanour, Mark was thorough and provided excellent advice and treatment plans. Highly professional. Highly recommended, and thank you for giving me a positive dental experience!
Won’t go back. Receptionist was lovely. Enough said. -in reply, I have attended your surgery, and I also told your reception when they called to remind me that I needed a check up. That I was treated pretty poorly by your dentist. He was quiet rough and forceful, not to mention rude and belittling. I trusted that this information was passed into the dentist. Having had some significant work done – I found the experience to be excellent. I was kept well informed, with Dr Oblak making sure I understood the options and implications going forward.
