I have been seeing Chenille for treatment on my frozen shoulder and have been so impressed with her knowledge, skills (including magic fingers) in helping me treat this. Also the level of empathy at each session also greatly assists in my treatment. I leave with increased mobility and a mental uplift. Highly recommend
I had a wonderful session with Sean. I had a sore knee but of course the life story of the body reveals so much more with an acutely perceptive skilful therapist as Sean is. Sean can work with the broad landscape of the body mind with a process to bring client's awareness to unhealed places bringing a decompression and rebalancing. Feeling and softness returned to areas of the body we hadn't directly worked on connected through the fascia network. I am greatly inspired by his work.
Excellent massage today by Rebecca at Verde Lab. I’ve seen Rebecca several times now and love her massages - she’s professional, friendly and tailors the massage to whatever I need on the day. The clinic is well appointed and clean and everyone I’ve seen there has been good. Highly recommend!
Clare Burrows is both a caring and exceptionally knowledgeable practitioner. Every time I have seen her she has been engaging and keen to ensure that the outcomes I am after are what are achieved. I always leave Verdelab moving more freely and with greater range of movement thanks to her wonderful remedial massage.
I found the myotherapy with Chenille very effective, she carefully assessed what needed work and showed me how the muscles interact in the area, provided me with stretches afterwards and my pain improved quickly. If you're looking for a thoughtful and kind practitioner, Chenille knows what she's doing.
