I had an appointment with Clare for neck shoulder and jaw tension and it was amazing. The treatment she gave me relieved so much of the tension, and she also gave me practical advice on a routine I could follow to keep on top of the tension myself. I felt like she really understood my tensions and was so knowledgeable and practical about how I could manage it going forwards. 100% recommend
I have been coming to Verde Lab for over 10 years, and seen Chenille 3 times in the last 6 months. Chenille is a great masseuse, she seems to understand very quickly what to work on, and she does so effectively with great strength and touch. I always feel much better after a visit and am currently promising myself to see her monthly.
It was my first time receiving therapy from Chenille, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I arrived, her warm welcome made me feel completely at ease. Her touch was gentle and soothing — there was no pain during the session — yet the massage was incredibly effective. She has a wonderful balance of softness and strength. I slept like a baby that night and woke up feeling refreshed and restored. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a truly healing experience.
My shoulder and neck were in a bad way, made a last minute appointment at Verdelab with Chenille. She clearly communicated her concerns and how she was going to treat me, she used a range of techniques: cupping, remedial massage, dry needling to release the tension and it helped heaps. Would definitely see her again and recommend her.
I’ve been seeing Ross for over a year. He has a really soothing approach to working through muscle tension- Getting into all the right spots without leaving you feeling bruised afterwards. Highly recommend!
