We used Venatic Building and Pest for a pre-purchase inspection and couldn’t be happier. Brent Mackay was the pest inspector and did an exceptional job. The report was very detailed and picked up a number of issues that would’ve cost us tens of thousands down the track. Brent was professional, thorough, and clearly knows what he’s doing. Easily one of the best inspection reports we’ve seen. Would absolutely recommend Venatic to anyone buying a property — worth every cent.
Brent went above and beyond to support myself, and family, in getting a building and pest inspection.
