I’ve been buying property for 42 years. This was, by far, the worst conveyancing I’ve ever experienced. It felt like a torturous nightmare. Oct 2024: I ask my re agent to recommend a reasonably-priced conveyancer. He recommends Velocity. I will never again take a recommendation! October 2024: the principal of Velocity, AS, gives me a quote of approx-$2500. I accept. AS advises me NS will take carriage. By 6 December 2024 nothing has happened.
