I booked in to have my hair trimmed and layered. I asked the price when I got there to confirm it'd be $60 but apparently it's considered a restyle and they said they'd have to wash my hair to be able to do it and itd cost $110. As far as I'm aware every other place id been to didn't need to wash my hair for this, they just spray it to wet it down. I've been going to V&Co for a few years and honestly love it. My girl Tayla looks after me and she is so dedicated, passionate and professional. I've always had a great explanation and breakdown of prices as well as what's happening with the hair situation. You can tell the team is harmonious, well trained and I have had great experience interacting with all the team members. Thank you for making us feel beautiful ladies!

Extremely disappointed with my experience at V&CO I was originally booked in with a senior hair dresser, however she was unavailable and I was then placed with a junior/ Apprentice hair dresser. My hair is extremely thick and dark, I asked to go lighter as per photos, for reference.. I asked many times, and was reassured my hair wouldn't go copper. My new go to salon and wish I had tried them earlier! I had Tayla cut/style my hair and she is wonderful right from the start to finish. Her knowledge about colouring hair is also astounding I won’t be going anywhere else. Looking forward to my next app in June with Tayla. The staff here are all so bubbly the environment was just refreshing ! 💕
