I booked an appointment at short notice to help fix a very sore neck. I was amazed at the success of my appointment - not only was my treating physio, Katie, able to book me in that day, she treated me with a high degree of skill and empathy - stepping me through each step in my treatment as she went. I can’t praise the clinic and Katie’s professionalism enough!
I was recommended to Universal Practice to see Abby after a badly sprained ligament in my ankle with previous associated trauma. Abby is the most knowledgeable, thorough and professional physio I have ever been to as well as wonderfully caring and lovely. The clinic is clean and bright with high tech equipment and helpful support team. I cannot recommend Abby highly enough.
I could not recommend Abby’s Pilates instruction more highly. Abby has an exceptional understanding of my exercise needs and limitations, and has a warm and encouraging demeanour. Abby has become central to my health and welfare regime. Thank you Abby.
