I’ve frequented both UP practices in Glen Iris and Fitzroy for over 7+ years and have had an excellent experience each and every time. Each physio i’ve worked with has been excellent in their issue assessment, treatment and ongoing management. The clinical pilates sessions for injury rehab and maintenance have been central to getting me back running. Regularly recommend UP to friends and family! Thanks to Sammy, Abby, Chelsea and the team!
I booked an appointment at short notice to help fix a very sore neck. I was amazed at the success of my appointment - not only was my treating physio, Katie, able to book me in that day, she treated me with a high degree of skill and empathy - stepping me through each step in my treatment as she went. I can’t praise the clinic and Katie’s professionalism enough!
Jess Black has been an absolute pleasure to work with, and to boot she fixed a major shoulder issue for me that has been a problem for over a year. Magic! Great welcoming environment.
I was recommended to Universal Practice to see Abby after a badly sprained ligament in my ankle with previous associated trauma. Abby is the most knowledgeable, thorough and professional physio I have ever been to as well as wonderfully caring and lovely. The clinic is clean and bright with high tech equipment and helpful support team. I cannot recommend Abby highly enough.
I could not recommend Abby’s Pilates instruction more highly. Abby has an exceptional understanding of my exercise needs and limitations, and has a warm and encouraging demeanour. Abby has become central to my health and welfare regime. Thank you Abby.
