DO NOT BUY BYD SHARK 6 2025 Cheats, rude and lies. The product description is a lie as the supplied brackets are not wide enough for the soft trifold tonneau requiring holes to be drilled in the truck bed. The contact for uniute rudely said on the phone that I will need to drill holes and refuses to answer my calls further.
Canopy I bought is great. Unfortunately one of the struts failed only 3 months after purchasing. Have put in request for warranty. Was told it would be followed up promptly. Now 6 weeks later I can’t even get a response from Unitute despite phone messages left and emails. Was initially great customer service, they don’t seem to want to help with a very inexpensive strut replacement. Have purchased my own replacement. Warranty is non existent.
Very happy with the canopy for my Sangyong Musso. Got great after sales service from Anton so highly recommended. I traveled from interstate to get my canopy so pretty happy overall.
The canopy I got for my GWM Canon is great but I have to give Uniute a knock for their after sales service which is near non-existant. I have a problem with one of the locks on the tailgate sticking, i took a video and photos and sent them off 2 weeks ago with no response. The wiring harness supplied does not match the installation instructions. The harness is in 2 parts but only mentions one in the instructions. The wire colours don't match the instructions. It was such an easy experience from purchasing to having the roller cover installed. Took the time to explain everything and talk me through what to be weary of upon completion of the tray cover, so patient! I could not recommend this more highly and will definitely come back in the future!
