Great dental practice. Always feel welcome and Jason is always helpful. I had a recommendation from my daughter in law to visit the practice a number of years ago and have stayed. Most of the family come here even though there is a bit of travel involved for some.
Been coming here for years now and never had a bad experience. Reception staff always friendly and helpful and the dentists here are great. Michelle in particular is very friendly, a fantastic dentist who always makes sure patient welfare is a priority. Overall, a very professional outfit.
I was walking to the post office on Monday (26th May 2025) and the whole walking path was blocked. The receptionist had blocked the footpath with some solar cell on 2 chairs. Is this safe practice? If it is then I would not visit this dental practice if this is their standard of safety.
My wife and I have been seeing Dr Jason Thick for many years. He is one of the best dentists that we have ever met in the past 20 years. He is not only professional but caring and loving. We strongly recommend him and his clinic to everyone who needs TLCs and professional care of their teeth. Winnie n Louis
I arrived about 20 minutes early to request a quotation, as I got a price gap of over $1,200 from different dental clinics, i'm regular to both clinics. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. When I entered, the receptionist was playing her phone and didn’t acknowledge me with a greeting or even a smile. I politely asked for a quick quotation, but it seemed like I was interrupting her phone time rather than being treated as a valued potential customer. Based on this experience, I won’t be returning.
