Simply outstanding. I purchased my outdoor furniture from United almost three years ago now and they were superb to deal with at the time. After sales service has been just as amazing. I have had to arrange a small repair to one of the chairs on two occasions and both times it was dealt with without question and quickly. Ben and his team are truly are pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend them and would absolutely purchase from them again in the future.
Great quality outdoor furniture at reasonable prices. We only visited United House to purchase 2 x sun loungers. So impressed with the quality of the furniture we purchased table/chairs & matching lounge setting. We bought an outdoor setting a few months ago now and couldn’t be happier. Great quality furniture that we love, but also when we bought it we went to every single outdoor furniture shop on the Gold Coast and United were by far the best to deal with. Really easy process, great service and they were the only shop willing to build up a set the way we wanted- amount of seats, swapping out table from another set etc. Highly recommend
We purchased the assembly of furniture and removal of rubbish services and they were excellent. I was extremely grateful their flexibility when we had to make several delivery changes. The furniture is beautiful and looks fabulous!
