I very much appreciated the regular updates while car was being serviced. The service was completed earlier than estimated and this was also appreciated. But, more than anything I was grateful for not taken advantage of because I am an older woman in my 70s. My car was serviced by a rival outfit in the ACT about 15 mths ago and I was told I needed to replace front brake pads that had up to 1000 klms. 08:00 Christmas Eve my vehicle developed a coolant leak, I was due to travel from the ACT in the next few days. I rang the team at Ultratune an explained my circumstances. They told me to bring it down to take a last minute look, as I arrived they were busy packing the workshop up to enjoy their holidays. Upon discovering a major leak the Ultratune team rushed into action a were able to procure a replacement hose and got me on my way. Couldn’t recommend Ultratune Philip enough. 👍🏻 5 Stars.

I got a great service. I have an old car so mechanics like to take advantage of it. The guys at ultra tune didn't attempt to rip out anything and checked what I asked for without tampering it. Very economical service. Couldn't recommend it more
