My son feels comfortable with the team at Ultra Dental. Celine is lovely. Added bonus they have Netflix/TV on the ceiling to distract the kids. Very clean and tidy space. The practice is well run.
My wife was only late for her appointment few minutes. They should reschedule her appointment for the treatment but they start unnecessary checkups and clean without her consent and charge her. she did her clean and check up with them on time and she checked with her health fund as well. Which the new check up clean is due later. They are building their trust first especially a lady behind the counter. Always be careful. Not recommended
Many Thanks to the team from Ultra Dental for caring and assisting my daughters and son with their journey of teeth care. Kosta was very kind and thorough and even followed up the next day. The girls are absolutely amazing with their care and also to follow up on how we were going the next day. Absolutely recommend the team and 5 stars 🌟
I can’t find fault of my experience with Ultra Dental. With significant issues and an extreme dental phobia, I was walked through the process step by step. I was given professional advice that helped me manage my expectations. Zero pain, and a warm and considerate experience. I would highly recommend Kosta and his lovely team to anyone.
