BE AWARE - I do not believe the 5 star reviews are real! Our builder purchased our electric sliding gate via this company and its been a complete disaster from the beginning. First of all the owner, Scott acknowledged to us that the measurements had been taken incorrectly. We then waited another 3 weeks for the repair of cutting the existing gate down. Prompt, efficient service from start to end. Initial quote was provided quickly and reasonably priced. They provided an accurate delivery time frame that was met within the expected time. Polite and friendly team who left the site clean and tidy and took the old doors and all of the packaging rubbish away. Most importantly - beautiful new doors installed with all the modern bells and whistles!! Highly recommend.
Was happy to keep this as a simple one star review after the disgusting unprofessionalism and language i relieved from SCOTT (this isn’t the first time his name is mentioned in the reviews section) but after he replied to my review with a passive aggressive untrue response I’m happy to elaborate. Called up for a quote and to discuss options and he hung up on me. Arrogant and rude. Beware doing business with someone like this. As a builder never experienced such rude demeanor. My advice stay away.
