Super happy with our new door. They removed the old one and the old brackets too! We also had a clothes line attached to the old bracket and they made sure they tied it up to the new bracket too so we were not inconvenienced!
Garage door install carried by out by tweed coast garage doors for our new home 12 months ago. Poor workmanship with sizeable gaps allowing weather penetration. The door drive cables have also cut into the architrave due to the misaligned installation. Also the opening motor is covered in scratches (appears as though it was dragged along or dropped on the concrete). Called Scott out to have a look and he wasn’t really interested in my concerns. Our garage door was damaged and we hadn’t got it fixed as we assumed we would have to replace a very big door for a very hefty price. Scott came in and assured us it was an easy fix for a fraction of the cost. The boys came, and, as promised, fixed our door, and got the motor working again within a couple of hours. A super efficient, and honest company. Thank you!
Excellent service, at extremely short notice, by Scott and his Team. Young Zac (technician) was superbly proficient and professional, he clearly knows his stuff - great work son, very impressive. Difficult situation, assessed and addressed in an effective and efficient manner. Pricing was spot on considering our situation was essentially a short-notice call out. Prompt, efficient service from start to end. Initial quote was provided quickly and reasonably priced. They provided an accurate delivery time frame that was met within the expected time. Polite and friendly team who left the site clean and tidy and took the old doors and all of the packaging rubbish away. Most importantly - beautiful new doors installed with all the modern bells and whistles!! Highly recommend.
