Unfortunately I did not have a good experience with this company who installed a new motor 2 years ago. It seems they are unwilling to return a phone call preferring to only respond by text. After being’mucked about’ over a week before Xmas ji was told I had to wait until 12 Jan. I requested an early phone call on 12 Jan to arrange access . Always had good service from this company until today. On 13/9/25 our tilt a door was fixed then after that is started stopping half way up and I sent a message to the company which was not answered so I sent a number of other messages which also was not answered. All the owner had to do was put up a thumb that he received the message and I would not have sent more. This is my third time using this company and I’ve always had good experiences until now. The door kept reversing after closing, so I called them and they came promptly to check and advised me on what the issue might be. However, a week later the problem came back. Prompt, efficient service from start to end. Initial quote was provided quickly and reasonably priced. They provided an accurate delivery time frame that was met within the expected time. Polite and friendly team who left the site clean and tidy and took the old doors and all of the packaging rubbish away. Most importantly - beautiful new doors installed with all the modern bells and whistles!! Highly recommend.
My partner has waited 6 months for a garage door. There were various excuses. It was installed yesterday. It is the completely wrong door and he now cannot drive into his garage. It will be interesting to see how long it takes for a response to his text yesterday. He paid a 2k deposit 6 months ago. He is not a combative type but I am furious at the stress it is causing him.
