Garage door install carried by out by tweed coast garage doors for our new home 12 months ago. Poor workmanship with sizeable gaps allowing weather penetration. The door drive cables have also cut into the architrave due to the misaligned installation. Also the opening motor is covered in scratches (appears as though it was dragged along or dropped on the concrete). Called Scott out to have a look and he wasn’t really interested in my concerns. Excellent service, at extremely short notice, by Scott and his Team. Young Zac (technician) was superbly proficient and professional, he clearly knows his stuff - great work son, very impressive. Difficult situation, assessed and addressed in an effective and efficient manner. Pricing was spot on considering our situation was essentially a short-notice call out. No need to go anywhere else, support local businesses, especially when they’re this good. Cheers lads Mark
I read the 1 star review after I had already hired Scott and his team and paid my deposit and I was like " well damn let's see how this plays out". My goodness, it played out stunning. Seamlessly transaction, easy communication, door is a dream, installed perfectly, colour match on point , cannot say one bad word about the whole situation. This is not a fake review. We all love a one star review but not for these guys. No one asked me to post this No gun to my head just a girl stoked she has a working garage door.
BE AWARE - I do not believe the 5 star reviews are real! Our builder purchased our electric sliding gate via this company and its been a complete disaster from the beginning. First of all the owner, Scott acknowledged to us that the measurements had been taken incorrectly. We then waited another 3 weeks for the repair of cutting the existing gate down. Having always had a hard time over the years to get any tradies in our area. This job was time sensitive. 2 weeks before Xmas we weren't confident. After calling and leaving messages for 6 other closer to home garage door repairers. With no response from any, we called Scott at Tweed Coast Garage Doors. Had to leave a message but miraculously he called back in 20min. Yay. And yes he could have a repairer to me in 3 days.
