One of the most outstanding general practices in Australia. The receptionists, nurses, and doctors are some of the kindest people you will ever meet. They have the best practice manager. Carolyn, you are truly one of a kind. I love this place
I am currently visiting Coolangatta and had need to visit the surgery today. I was very impressed with Dr Chris Broadfield, he listened to me with empathy and understanding, giving me easily understood answers to my questions and generally made me feel confident in his abilities. I have no hesitation in recommending Dr Chris and wishing him all the best in his new life in Australia.
Moving to mostly non bulk billing now which is disappointing. Forcing patients that need a very simple script renewal for basic medication to come in every 6 months instead of using telehealth due to their own internal policy doesn't make sense when the legislative requirements are 12 months. Why would i want to come into a doctors with sick people if i don't need to - isn't this what telehealth is for to ensure the public have access to their medical needs?
I’ve been going to this practice for a while now and have nothing but good things to say! I have seen a few doctors and all have been excellent, in particular Dr Vib! From my 1 & 3 year old children to my own healthcare, he never hesitates to give the best care. Always welcoming and professional. Can’t thank the team enough for your care
Always a good experience. Staff are really nice, and the practice is in such an easy, convenient part of Tweed Heads. I find it a real pleasure to visit the doctor, she is knowledgeable,friendly, caring, gentle and helpful,, couldn’t ask for a better doctor.
