I returned to this practice after moving house and am so happy i did. The reception staff are always friendly and professional. But the standout for me was finding Dr Vib! Such a warm, friendly, thorough doctor. On each visit I never feel rushed and everything is so well explained. Have never waited much past my appointment time either.
We were brand new patients, recommended by a friend. The front staff were very patient and helpful and our new favourite doctor, Dr. Tom Reichhelm was a pleasure to meet and certainly knew his stuff. We leave our old surgery of 24 years with much more peace than we had before we met these lovely people. I highly recommend this practice to anyone!
Saw Dr Chris this morning- first time. Had a few issues I discussed with him and he suggested new meds which I think is great - progressive and he seems up to speed with current treatments. No fuss but very approachable. Just wish my veins were as cooperative when I had my blood test. Ugh🙄🙄
One of the most outstanding general practices in Australia. The receptionists, nurses, and doctors are some of the kindest people you will ever meet. They have the best practice manager. Carolyn, you are truly one of a kind. I love this place
I am currently visiting Coolangatta and had need to visit the surgery today. I was very impressed with Dr Chris Broadfield, he listened to me with empathy and understanding, giving me easily understood answers to my questions and generally made me feel confident in his abilities. I have no hesitation in recommending Dr Chris and wishing him all the best in his new life in Australia.
