Just wanted to say, we've been coming to this practice for well over ten years. We have always received excellent care and service, no matter which doctor we have seen as a family. Will mention though Dr Gloria: very level headed, very calm, provides clarity with her medical expertise. A wonderful doctor whom I am grateful for. First time patient here and I was not disappointed at all. From the very helpful ladies at the front desk to Dr Ahmed Ghazal, everyone was helpful, thorough and not rushing me through prior, during the appointment or afterwards. Being newly relocated to Tweed, I had no idea of practicing GP or various medical centres but spent considerable time reaching both and took the decision with this doctor and this practice.
After a few terrible experiences at a different medical practice, I went to see Dr. Tom here. He is extremely caring, knowledgeable and actually listened to me and the health issues I had been experiencing. He went above and beyond to get me thoroughly checked and to help me recover. Highly recommend him. Won't be going anywhere else.
As a new client looking for a new doctor, I found the staff at Tweed Banora Medical Centre attentive and friendly. My doctor of choice was Melwyn Dawson. I have never met Melwyn before but he had came very well recommended. I am happy to say that I found him to be very respectful to my issues, he showed a high level of interest in what I was saying and showed genuine compassion, empathy in his extremely caring manner. Reception staff gave me an appointment even though hot doc wouldn’t. Dr Tan was very knowledgeable and was able to manage my medical problem with ease. He also has a very pleasant bedside manner. I Would recommend Dr Tan without hesitation.
