Dr Mel Dawson is always so easy to talk too, he always spends time with me and answers all my question I have had Mel as my GP for 14 years and hope he will be my doc for many many years to come
Dr Naveena Dawson is very good and caring towards her patients. I am happy to have her as my GP. It’s important to maintain the same doctor though can’t be helped if she goes away for personal reasons like all of us , relief practitioners are also fantastic and very good , but I feel that maintaining the same doctor is important to patients wellbeing. I am happy with Tweed Banora Medical Centre since I moved in this area since 2012. Medical team ( nurses ) and front desk staff are helpful and efficient in their work.
Dr Melwyn Dawson is the best doctor I have seen in years. Previously I have just asked to see 'any doctor' at any clinic because they all seem to churn and burn these days, get you in and out as fast as possible but now I truly feel I have a 'regular GP' as far as I'm concerned I'm going to go back there every time I need to see a GP. This guy really listens and even advises beyond what he's required to do... first time in a long time I actually felt like I enjoyed a visit to the doctors!
Just wanted to say, we've been coming to this practice for well over ten years. We have always received excellent care and service, no matter which doctor we have seen as a family. Will mention though Dr Gloria: very level headed, very calm, provides clarity with her medical expertise. A wonderful doctor whom I am grateful for. I also received wonderful customer service at front desk from Leeza today. Thankyou Tweed Banora Medical Centre
