We saw a new doctor today as ours was not available Dr Siv? We were both impressed in his approach and found him very understanding Discussing our various health issues and our treatment he has a great manner and we feel he took a interest in our well-being we shall now be seeing him for further appointments Maggie andmyself
A bad experience here. GP’s are fine. But another story with the reception staff or more accurately, a newer member as I haven’t had contact with her previously. When I phoned 30 mins ahead of appointment I was told there were 3 ahead of me and would only be around 10mins wait time. When we got there we were told 4 were in front. Explanation given was the GP had a long consult. But where did the 4th patient come in? Upon discussion in the waiting room 2 people had an appointment time for 11.30am. Really?? Had a great experience, Dr Vib was incredibly compassionate to my son who gets very anxious about sickness, the dr explained everything so well about what was wrong and how he needs to take care and get better. This eased his mind about everything. Thank you for you caring

I've had my fav docs but like everyone they have lives that take them elsewhere. However, I have never been disappointed with the care I receive. I also appreciate the helpful, respectful front end staff. I live just over the border now and I still make my way down to Tweed Banora Medical Centre.
