True Float is very clean, quiet, relaxing space, and has very friendly staff. I have enjoyed my visits and will return!

The staff are so lovley and make you feel comfortable immediately. The Float was so good, I was asleep with 5mins and woke up feeling totally refreshed. Thanks to all the team for creating a wonderful space and talking with me afterwards about my experiences. :)

The room (for couples) was great Experience was good No bathrobes or slippers supplied - as stated in email Overall good experience

You can simply take off your shoes and place them on the shoe rack and slip on our slippers. Overall was good. Sauna wasn’t hot enough, and I would have liked the water in the cold plunge to be refilled beforehand as it was very chlorinated and did not look clean.

Regarding our ice baths, we are constantly cleaning and filtering the water around the clock and replacing it regularly to ensure it is always up to standard. Great space and Byron and the team are super friendly! Couldn’t recommend more!
My husband and I booked in for the couples fire and ice. Having never done it before, Byron took the time to explain the temperature the sauna was set, how long we should aim to be in there and how to correctly get into the ice bath etc. We really enjoyed the experience and will definitely be back again.
