If I could give 0 stars I would. After sourcing me a property in the worst street imaginable - I terminated my contract with Troy. It's in the contract that he will refund 50% of the deposit if the contract is terminated which he has failed to do and since completely ghosted me. Wouldn't trust him with anything.
Troy was unprofessional and unhelpful throughout the entire process. He didn’t follow through on what was promised, and when I asked for a refund for services he didn’t deliver, he outright refused. I wouldn’t trust him to represent anyone — look elsewhere. Lied and scammed
Poor experience with Troyson who refuses to refund the money since he couldn't help me find the property for 9 months plus. Interstate investors beware of the refund process.
Terrible experience with Troyson. Couldn't find the right property for months and refused to refund. So mismanaged that hasn't sent an invoice for initial deposit and only 7 months later no invoice and no property.
