New toilet installed by Transform Plumbing and Gas. Tom was quick to get back to me after shooting some existing photos through, confirm the type of toilet required to fit and then quick to arrange supply and install. Darcy did a great job on the install also and all was completed with no issues. Thanks team!
We had a great experience with Darcy and the team. Their workmanship was excellent — everything was done thoroughly and to a very high standard. What really stood out was their timing and responsiveness. We had a more urgent issue with fixing a toilet and blocked drains and Darcy got back to us quickly and made the effort to fit us in, which we really appreciated. Professional, reliable and easy to deal with from start to finish.
Darcy was very efficient and quick with his repair. Communication is great when needing to reschedule the timing. Will definitely use this company again in the future.
