TOC took great care of my young daughter who was attending for her first appointment. The reception staff were friendly and efficient in our arrival. The clinical staff member who took care of us was friendly and upbeat, which helped settle my daughter's nerves. Dr De Angelis was kind and gentle and explained what he was doing, and discussed his recommendations in a way that I could understand. An excellent experience all round, I'm very grateful that our dentist referred us here.
We are really happy with our care at Transform Orthodontic Care at West Lakes! The location is very convenient, there are some car parks at the front, but it’s really easy to park at Westfield West Lakes (which is free for the first 3 hours) if there aren’t any available. The staff is really friendly and the practice runs very smoothly, we’ve never had to wait longer than 5 minutes to be seen. Fantastic experience! First time going to an orthodontist and the entire team were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I was thoroughly taken over all of my options for my treatment all of my questions were answered!
