I am 71 and have attended TPS for about 15 years. Tom has been my go to Physio for occasional help, but because I have attended the well run Pilates reformer classes regularly I haven’t needed his excellent Physio very often. In the last year I have added bone strengthening, and again the service was excellent. Sadly I have moved to Sydney and it has taken some time to find comparable service. I highly recommend all the TPS services and Tom’s caring and professional leadership and physiotherapy skills Noella.
Tom Hillier has been my physio for over 5 years, and I regularly refer friends/family/clients to see him. He has gotten me through black belt grading & marathons, helped me manage bulging discs in my neck, and provided sound & relevant advice for everything I want to achieve with sport/fitness while managing various injuries (and I'm over 40 so that's a tough gig!). I appreciate his honesty, and I'm grateful I've found a physio who I can trust to keep me moving safely.
Tom was very professional, friendly and really took the time to understand the issue and explain everything clearly. The treatment was tailored to my needs, and I noticed a real improvement after the sessions, highly recommended
